Tools You Need:
- 1 Glass Container With Lid
Materials:
- Your Preferred Carrier Oil
- Your Preferred Essential Oil(s)
Fill your glass container with 1/4 Cup of your preferred carrier oil. Add up to 24 drops of your preferred essential oil(s). Seal the container and shake to combine. Some important things to note about using essential oils is the ratio of essential oils to your carrier oil. It's wise never to exceed the ratio of 2 drops to 1 teaspoon of carrier oil! Also, when making your own body oils, small batches are always good because there's less risk of them becoming rancid over time.
